Todd A. Gill, MPT, OCS, TPI

Todd earned his Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from Connecticut’s Quinnipiac University in 2004, and began his career in New Jersey before moving to California in 2006. In 2007, he earned his Certification as a Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Todd is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) to assess the body swing connection and holds an advanced TPI certification as a medical and fitness provider specializing in golf-related injuries and injury prevention. He has also completed the TPI Power program to help golfers achieve maximum driving distance.

He specializes in thorough musculoskeletal and neurological evaluation, enabling him to identify any muscular imbalances and/or movement patterns that may be dysfunctional due to injury or surgery, as well as anything that may create a predisposition for future injury. Todd believes in a hands-on approach, utilizing his manual therapy skills to achieve optimal results. All treatments are one-on-one, providing personalized care not offered in most physical therapy facilities.

Over the years, Todd has blended his knowledge of human movement with a diverse and progressive approach to the assessment and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal ailments to support recovery, prevent injury, and increase performance. He has worked with local high school sports teams in their strength and conditioning programs, and works directly with Golf Professionals and Hitting Coaches to target physical limitations that may disrupt the swing or pitching motion to ensure a comprehensive approach to the attainment of goals.

Todd utilizes a comprehensive physical assessment to thoroughly examine the person as a ‘whole’, evaluating functional movement patterns and limitations while considering the variety of factors that may be creating areas of discomfort. This approach results in a highly customized care plan that targets individual recovery, prevention, and performance goals.

Treatment and assessments are provided in 1-hour sessions. Unfortunately, health insurance is not accepted.
